Queensland Civil and Administrative Tribunal From December 1 2009, the following business areas will become part of the Queensland Civil and Administrative Tribunal (QCAT): Small Claims Tribunal Minor Debt Claims Health Practitioners Tribunal Legal Practitioners Tribunal.

eFiles now online eFiles allows court users to access Planning and Environment Court files online using eCourts.   Click here to find out more about the new eFiles system. The eFiles Pilot Project is part of the Future Courts Program which has been established to create a modern, innovative and effective courts system for Queensland.

Brisbane Supreme and District Courts civil registry opening hours The Brisbane Supreme and District Courts civil registry is open Monday to Friday. Telephone enquiries can be made from 8.30am to 5.00pm. Counter enquiries can be made from 9.00am to 4.00pm.
